1 box Duncan Hines plain yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

Put ingredients in bowl and beat slowly until oranges disintegrate. Prepare 3 round layer pans and evenly pour batter in pans. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for about 18 minutes. Don't overbake. Let cool.

Topping:

1 lg. can pineapple, drained
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large container Cool Whip

Beat together pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip. Spread on Cake. Refrigerate before serving.
