1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, plain
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 c. water
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. Crisco oil

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

CAKE: Mix all together and beat well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes.

FROSTING: In small saucepan on low heat, melt butter. Mix with powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread on cake.
