PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (plain/regular)
2 boxes Jello instant coconut pudding
4 eggs
2/3 c. rum (do not use 151 rum!)
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Sm. can crushed pineapple with juice

Beat cake mix, 1 box coconut pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/3 cup rum, water, and oil for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, cool down.

FROSTING:

Mix pineapple, some of the juice, 1 box pudding, rum, and Cool Whip together. Frost cake and freeze. Thaw just before serving.
