PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/3 c. oil
1 1/3 c. pineapple juice
2 eggs
1 (7 oz.) coconut
1 can Cocoa-lopez (creamed coconut)
1 lg. tub cool Whip

Mix together cake mix, oil, pineapple juice, eggs and 1/2 can coconut (3 1/2 ounces). Bake in greased floured pan 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Remove from oven, sprinkle 1 can creamed coconut over hot cake. Cool cake, frost with 1 large tub Cool Whip and remainder of coconut. Sprinkle over top. Found in drink mix area.
