| BROWN SUGAR PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES | |

1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. flour Cream butter with sugar and peanut butter. Add vanilla and egg, beating until fluffy. Stir in baking soda and salt. Blend in flour. Mix until a stiff dough forms. Shape into walnuts sized balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Press with fork to flatten. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or lightly browned. | |

These cookies were great! Easy enough to make, and they came out almost perfect. (tops were a little hard but that's probably my fault and not the recipe lol) My daughters loved them and I'm sure I'll be making them again. :)

Made these with only about 1 cup of flour. And really whipped the butter and sugar. Baked for 12 min. The effect was a batch of light fluffy cookies that were perfect! Not to sweet.! I also added some chocolate to a different batch! Wonderful!

Made these with the little one tonight! Except we didn't have baking soda so I used baking powder. And I didn't have vanilla either so I used cinnamon. You know what, I think it's safe to say I did not make these cookies! Bwahaha! They turned out more like peanutbutter bread.
