NO SUGAR OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER
COOKIE
 
1 1/2 c. Mystic Lake Sweetener
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter
5 c. quick oatmeal or 4 c. oatmeal and 1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates, may use less
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the sweetener, vanilla, peanut butter, eggs and butter. Add baking powder, rolled oats, raisins or dates and nuts. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 dozen. May use sugar free coconut in place of raisins.
