Sugar Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Such a good recipe! I am attempting to lower or eliminate the amount of processed sugar I consume, so I started searching for sugar-free recipes. I still like desserts!

Didn't expect to like them right away but I did, even coming right from my sugar-filled dietary trend. Woot!

I didn't have maple syrup so I used honey instead, and also used honey for the liquid sweetener. It worked excellently!

It makes good chocolate chip cookies too, just add 1 whole bag of semi-sweet or regular chocolate chips. Even my grandpaw liked them and he doesn't usually like diabetic foods.
