QUICK LOW-FAT SMOOTHIE 
1 banana
2 8 oz cups of low-fat strawberry yogurt (or your favorite flavor)
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of shredded ice

Blend all ingredients in a blender.

This is an easy recipe to follow and remember and it turned out good. I've altered it at work today... I (we) used non-fat/no-salt/plain yogurt, non-fat and/or soy milk with banana. I liked it better... probably because I knew I was drinking n/f and n/s ingredients. Either way using low-fat or n/f ingredients will end up tasting good. Drink up!
