STUFFED BREAD 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Hot Roll Mix
1 egg (for roll mix)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. sausage or ground beef, cooked
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Salt and pepper
1 c. raw spinach, shredded (optional)
1 c. mushrooms, sliced and cooked (optional)
Romano or Parmesan cheese (optional)

Make hot roll mix according to directions. (It is not necessary to let dough rise.) Roll dough into large 10x15 inch rectangle.

Sprinkle rest of desired ingredients on dough. Roll up tightly, jelly roll fashion. Seal ends. Brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you like. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until bubbly. Freezes well. Cut in slices before freezing. Heat in foil.
