OLD-FASHIONED BREAD STUFFING 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage, pepper
8 c. dry unseasoned bread cubes
1/4 c. water or broth

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix seasoning and sprinkle over bread cubes. Add onion mixture and water (combine). Stuff turkey and roast immediately.
