HAM SLICES WITH CORN BREAD
STUFFING
 
2 fully cooked ham slices, 1/2 inch thick
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. crumbled corn bread
1 egg
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/8 tsp. rosemary
2 tbsp. light brown sugar

Slash edges of ham slices to prevent curling. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. For stuffing, in medium bowl, mix pineapple liquid, corn bread, egg, onion and rosemary. On rack in open roasting pan, place 1 ham slice. Pat stuffing on ham and top with remaining ham slice.

In small bowl, mix pineapple and brown sugar until blended; spread on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours until stuffing is hot. Makes 8 servings.
