TUNA-MACARONI SALAD 
1 (1 lb.) box elbow macaroni
1 large can tuna (in water)
1 large onion
2 hard boiled eggs
2 stalks celery
1/4 green pepper (optional)
pinch of sugar
mayonnaise or salad dressing
paprika, for sprinkling

Boil macaroni until tender. Rinse in colander with cold water. Flake tuna, dice other ingredients. After macaroni has drained, mix in very large bowl with mayonnaise or salad dressing of your choice. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

Serves 8 to 10.
