TUDIE'S EASY CROCK-POT CHUCK
ROAST
 
1 chuck roast (any size)
garlic powder
salt
2 to 4 bay leaves

Spray Crock-Pot with Pam. Put roast in the slow cooker. Sprinkle garlic powder and salt on top of roast (to your taste). Put 2 to 4 dried bay leaves on top of roast. Spray roast with Pam. Turn Crock-Pot on low and cook 6 to 8 hours (depending on size of roast). Turn Crock-Pot off when fork tender. Use broth to make wonderful gravy, if desired.
