BEST MACARONI SALAD 
8 cups cooked macaroni
1 1/2 cups cooked, frozen peas
1 1/2 cups cooked, frozen diced carrots
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, drained
1 large onion, diced finely
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 cup mayonnaise

Note: To cook the frozen peas and carrots, use enough water to cover and 3 tablespoons sugar. Boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat and let sit. This will rehydrate any that are dried out from freezing. Canned may also be used.

Combine all ingredients, chill and serve.
