NANA'S MACARONI VEGETABLE SALAD 
Great for crowds or family get-togethers. Very healthy with so many vegetables. Many different textures for you to enjoy.

1 (16 oz.) box macaroni (any kind), cooked
3 carrots, very thinly sliced
2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
a medium clump of broccoli, thinly sliced
1 onion, cut up small
1 pepper, cut up small
1/4 lb. fresh string beans, cut up into bite size
few sliced small radishes
3 garlic cloves, sliced
1 bottle light Greek salad dressing (your favorite)

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

Mix all vegetables and cooked macaroni together, then just add 1/2 bottle of light Greek Salad dressing. Add more dressing if desired.
