FARM JOURNAL STRAWBERRY PIE 
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. whipping cream (whipped)

STRAWBERRY GLAZE:

1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Beat sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until creamy. Add whipped cream and spread over baked pie shell. Top with Strawberry Glaze.

Combine crushed berries and water; add sugar and cornstarch. Cook 3 minutes. Cool. Stir in berries (1 1/2 cups). Chill.
