BANANA SPLIT PIE 
1 pt. each: strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. chopped pecans
1 graham cracker crust
1 recipe chocolate sauce
1 carton Cool Whip

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter

Melt chocolate chips, milk, sugar and butter. Cook until thick. Cool well. For bottom layer of pie, put vanilla ice cream, pineapple and 1/2 of the chocolate sauce in pie crust. Freeze well.

For layer 2, add strawberry ice cream, bananas and remaining chocolate sauce. Freeze well. For layer 3, add 1/2 cup pecans, chocolate ice cream, Cool Whip and remaining nuts. Freeze until serving.
