I suppose you put in the banana when you put in the strawberries, milk & ice?
That is what I shall do.

This wasn't too bad. I would like for it to be thicker, creamier and sweeter.

If you want it to be thicker put 5-6 scoops of vanilla ice cream ;)

Very goods base, but bland if strawberries are not overly sweet. Add 1/2 cup of vanilla or strawberry ice cream to the mix and you will get a thicker, sweeter smoothie.

I use frozen strawberries 1 cup and 1 whole peeled and chunked avacado and 2 ripe bananas and 1 cup of skim milk and 2 packets of truvia sweetner, blend in blender. It is sweet and thick and very healthy but delicious!! (you don't taste the avacado) but it does make it thicker.
