CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken, cut up 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup 1 cup rice 1/2 stick of butter, diced Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine the rice, butter and three soups in a large bowl. Put them in a large casserole dish or a 9x13-inch pan. Put the chicken on top. Spice with salt and pepper as desired.
