4 CHEESE & MACARONI | |
1 lb. elbow macaroni 2 tbsp. flour 2 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. salt 2 c. milk 1 c. Colby cheese, shredded 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 c. Jack cheese, shredded 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 2 tsp. parsley 2 tbsp. bread crumbs In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt. Blend in milk, slowly. Cook and stir until thickened. Mix Colby, Cheddar and Jack cheeses, reserving 1/4 cup of Parmesan. Add to milk mixture. Stir until melted. Pour sauce over cooked macaroni. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy! |
