TOMATO CHEESE MACARONI 
1.5 cups macaroni noodles
1 cup tomato soup
1.5 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk or water

Cook macaroni. Grease medium casserole dish with butter. Strain macaroni and cool under running water. Heat tomato soup on medium heat and slowly add milk or water.

Once soup is hot, take off heat and add 1 cup of the cheese and mix till melted. Add macaroni and mix well.

Put the mixture into casserole dish. Put remaining cheese, parsley and bread crumbs on top.

**For an added touch, place a couple small dabs of butter onto the top as well.**

Cover and bake at 450°F for 15 minutes.

My mom made our macaroni and cheese just like this. The only difference was she would fry some onions in the butter before adding soup, milk and cheese. She would top it with crushed corn flakes.
