PERFECT SAUCE FOR ANY PASTA 
1 env. Zesty Italian dressing mix (Good Seasons)
1 cup stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Pepper Jack cheese
1 pint light cream, divided
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 lb. precooked meat (your choice: sausage, lobster, shrimp, chicken, etc.)

Start by heating butter in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Chop and add garlic and onions to skillet. When they begin to brown add Italian seasoning packet along with the stewed tomatoes.

While stirring, add Parmesan cheese and a small amount of cream (just enough to thin out and slightly cool ingredients). When cream begins to boil add Mozzarella and Pepper Jack cheeses (continue to stir). When all of the cheese is absorbed begin slowly adding the rest of the cream. Add precooked meat of your choice and allow contents to come to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve over your favorite pasta.

Note: An additional 1/2 cup of milk may be added to thin sauce if needed. This works especially good when reheating.
