BROCCOLI & RICE CASSEROLE 
3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped or cut)
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. celery, chopped
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
2 c. minute rice
Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain. Saute onion and celery in butter until tender, but not brown. Combine soup, milk and Cheez Whiz, heat until blended (stir to prevent burning). Stir rice in 2 cups boiling water. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (no longer or it will over cook).

Combine all ingredients, pour into a 3 quart (9 x 13 inch) casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly. Freezes well.
