BACON, CHEESE AND ONION SPREAD 
2 (8 oz. ea) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
4 or 5 green onions, finely chopped
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon (8 slices)
1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (Ritz or Club)
serve with buttery crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Drain and set aside.

Mix together softened cream cheese and Miracle Whip until smooth. Add chopped green onions and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Spoon into a small baking dish or glass pie plate. Sprinkle crisp bacon and cracker crumbs over the mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Best if served warm.
