BROCCOLI-RICE-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked by directions
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. cooked rice (1/2 c. if it must be cooked)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Saute onion in butter, add soup and 1/2 cup water. Add drained broccoli, cheese and rice. Mix and put in casserole. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
