U.S. 31 BAR B.Q. SAUCE 
5 lbs. cabbage
1 lb. onions
1 qt. sweet pickle relish
2 c. ketchup
1 c. mustard
1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1/2 (5 oz.) jar horseradish
1 sm. jar pimentos

Chop cabbage and onions very fine. Add rest of ingredients. Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.
