BISCUIT TUNA ROLL-UPS | |
2 (5 oz. ea.) cans tuna, drained 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup diced/minced onions 1/2 cup diced celery pepper, to taste Bisquick baking mix (for biscuit dough) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (for "gravy") additional egg for an egg wash (optional) Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray (Pam) or line with parchment paper. Combine and mix well all ingredients except the Bisquick. Prepare the Bisquick biscuit dough according to package directions. Roll it out on a floured surface into a square or rectangle. Spread the tuna mixture on the biscuit dough. Roll it up, jelly roll style, and slice into 2-inch rolls. Place the rolls onto the baking sheet. If desired, brush the tops of the rolls with an additional beaten egg. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes until a golden brown color and delicious aromas are present. Serve rolls topped with prepared cream of mushroom soup as gravy. Submitted by: Mindy |
