JADE SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. nuts
1 (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pineapple, sugar, water and boil for 3 minutes. Add Jello and boil 2 more minutes. Let cool. Add 1 cup nuts, cottage cheese, Cool Whip and mix well. Let set in refrigerator overnight. Put in long Tupperware container or 9x13 cake pan.
