SAUSAGE ROLLS 
Mix 1 portion (about 2 1/4 cups mixed according to package directions for making biscuits on box) Bisquick according to package directions and roll out into 5 inch circles 1/2 inch thick.

Fill center of circle with raw sausage meat rolled into a 1 or 2-inch ball. Roll dough around meat and pinch closed; roll smoothly.

Place on a baking sheet in oven and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. If rolls are browning too quickly, reduce heat to 325°F and finish cooking.
