SAUSAGE ROLLS 
2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb. mild sausage
1 lb. hot sausage
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
Parsley flakes
Basil
Garlic salt

Brown sausage together. Drain on paper towel.

Unroll crescent rolls, pinch together seams, roll out on well floured surface to 15x15. 2 cans makes two rolls.

Mix egg with sausage. Divide evenly between the two rolls. Spread over entire roll. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Add remaining ingredients on top. Roll up like a jelly roll. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
