BISQUICK CHEESE CAKE | |
3/4 c. milk 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick Put in blender. Blend for 15 seconds. Add: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese Blend 2 minutes. Put in greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Mix and spread on top of pie: 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Refrigerate until set. Top with cherry or blueberry pie filling. |
