BISQUICK QUICHE 
1 c. any chopped meat (ham, shrimp, beef) or vegetable (spinach, broccoli)
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. ground mustard

Grease 9-inch or 10-inch pie plate. Layer meat (vegetable), onion and cheese. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees.
