AFRICAN ONE POT MEAL-AMERICAN
STYLE
 
3 to 5 carrots
3 to 5 potatoes
3 to 5 celery stalks
1 yellow peppers
1 sweet onion
crush: Basil, marjoram, garlic
1/4 c. chicken stock
whole chicken cut into pieces

Use a casserole dish with lid. Spray Pam on inside of dish. Mix vegetables and place in dish first, then add stock. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover dish with lid.

Bake in 350°FF oven for 1-1/2 hours.
