PEPPERONI BREAD 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 pkg. pepperoni
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Roll bread dough into a rectangular approximately 7x12 inches. Cover bottom 2/3 with pepperoni and cheese. Roll like a jelly roll and pinch all seams together. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until browned.

VARIATIONS:

Sprinkle loaf with Parmesan cheese after rolled.

Sprinkle dill weed or garlic powder on unrolled loaf.

Add sliced black or green olives

Use your favorite cheese.
