LINDA'S MEXICALI CHICKEN | |
This will be the best casserole you've ever tasted!! 1 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded (about 3) 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 4 oz. dairy sour cream 1/2 cup diced white onions 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies (Ortega) 1 large bag corn chips (I use Doritos Nachos) 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese 1/2 cup diced green onions (save for garnish) Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking dish (about 12x12-inch). Mix shredded chicken with both soups, dairy sour cream, white onions and green chilies. Start layering all ingredients starting with corn chips then chicken mixture then cheeses. Top everything with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Take out and let cool for 10 minutes.
