PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
Brown pork chops; add salt, pepper, and onion salt. Place in casserole dish. Stir together 1 cup uncooked rice, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, and 1 can of water. Pour over pork chops. Cover pan with foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
