CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 cut-up fryer (or thighs or legs)
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. rice (brown or white)
1 can water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Place rice in casserole or roasting pan. Place chicken on top. Mix chicken soup and onion soup mix in water. Pour over chicken and rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours covered.

Use Uncle Bens rice / parboiled rice instead for an entirely different and much better casserole. Not gummy!
