THE BEST CHICKEN, CHEESE, & RICE
CASSEROLE
 
1 pack rice sides (broccoli & cheese)
1 pack rice sides (rice medley)
1 can cream of mushroom
1 can Campbell’s fiesta nacho cheese (also found on the soup aisle)
1 (16.9 oz) can Tyson chicken breast pieces
2 cups water
1 cup milk
½ cup mild cheddar cheese
½ cooking white wine or white wine
uncooked seasoned chicken thighs or legs

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl combine water, milk, and white wine. Stir in Cream of Mushroom and Campbell’s Fiesta Nacho Cheese, until mixed well. Stir in the two pack of rice sides and Tyson Chicken Breast. Pour Mixture into a 13X9-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of rice mixture. Place uncooked seasoned chicken on top of the rice mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Thank you for something different. My husband asked me to cook something different for Sunday dinner. I had no idea what to cook. I came across your recipe and it was great. He loved it. The only reason it didn't get a five was he dislikes wine.
