ESCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 chicken (3 lb.) stewed and cubed
6 slices bread, cubed

Melt 3/4 stick butter; toss well with bread and chicken. Combine:

1 can mushroom soup
2 cans chicken or turkey noodle soup
2 eggs, beaten

Mix all and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

3 c. crushed cornflakes in
1/2 stick butter, melted

Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
