OVEN BAKED FRENCH FRIES 
2 large baking potatoes
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Preheat oven to 425°F. Under cold running water, scrub potatoes, then pat dry. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges.

In a plastic bag, mix Parmesan cheese with paprika. Then add potato wedges, a few at a time into the bag; toss to coat potato wedges.

Spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray and place potato wedges in a single layer.

Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until crisp. Serve with ketchup.
