OVEN-BAKED FRENCH FRIES 
2 large baking potatoes
1 large sweet potato
1 egg white
1 tbsp. chili powder

Cut potatoes into thin fries.

In large bowl lightly beat egg white with a fork until foamy. Stir in chili powder, add potatoes and toss to coat well.

Using a no-stick cookie sheet or a cookie sheet coated with a no-stick spray, spread potatoes in a single layer.

Bake at 450°F for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the potatoes are crisp and browned.

Serves 4.
