This receipe came in very handy. I'm always counting calories so I figure there has to be a healthier way to make fries for my family so I can enjoy them too. This way uses way less oil than traditional frying. Next time I can probably use less than the 2 tbsp. Thank you...

Loved the simplicity of the recipe, I usually deep fry my french fries. I prefer this to the frozen, and the deep fried. They come out crunchy and w/ a little bit of sea salt they are really yummy! :)

OMG! These are amazing, I'm only 12 !! But these are so much better then the deep fried homemade ones, I could use less oil, but I kept them on broil for half the time and bake on the other, and they came out just right, I'm definitely going to use this again.

I have started making these with almost everything, and they taste great! I also love how you don't have to flip them 15 minutes in like bagged french fries. Also, a very healthy alternative to just about anything else potatoe-y.

I buy potatoes all the time. I couldn't figure out what to do with them besides mashed and fried. So, I sliced them up into french fries and portion them into baggies and freeze them. With that said the fries were good and you can add so much.
