GREEN CHILE HOMINY CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans yellow hominy, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chile
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed corn chips

Mix all ingredients together except corn chips. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350.

Serves 8-10.
