CHILE CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can (17 oz.) whole kernel golden sweet corn
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper

Drain corn well, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid. Combine reserved liquid and cream cheese in medium size saucepan. Heat and blend until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
