CHERRY PIE BARS 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 can cherry pie filling
Powdered sugar

Cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and continue creaming. Add eggs, one at a time. Add lemon juice. Mix in flour with mixer at low speed. Spread in bar pan. Dot with spoonfuls of pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and dust with powdered sugar. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
