MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. uncooked ground beef
6 corn tortillas
1 (30 oz.) can Ranch style beans
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
6 corn tortillas
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chiles

Layer in order in a LARGE casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
