GRANDMA'S CUSTARD CREAM CHEESE
PIE
 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
Unbaked pie shell

Soften cream cheese. Whip in sugar. Beat eggs, milk, and vanilla. Blend well into cheese mixture. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
