RASPBERRY MUFFINS 
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup warm milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup raspberries (I use fresh sweetened or ones from the freezer)

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 350°F oven. Makes about 24 muffins. Sweet like a cupcake.
