CREAM CHEESE CUSTARD 
1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix sugar and cream cheese until smooth, add eggs, 1 at a time. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Pour into oiled baking mold (bundt pan). Place in shallow pan of water and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Knife should be slightly moist when testing. DO NOT OVER COOK.
