POTATO SALAD FOR A CROWD 
10 lbs. potatoes, scrubbed
1 onion, minced
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. pimiento
4 boiled eggs
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Cook potatoes in jackets, peel and cube while warm. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over warm potatoes. Cool and add remaining ingredients. 25 (3/4 cup) servings.
